almost 930 and he's still "at work". didn't respond or answer his phone until about 9. really? I Highly doubt you can do construction and put in a water line once it gets dark outside.. I kept saying how worried I was and he says I'm being rude and assuming things.. hmmm. how am I assuming anything when all ive said anything about is being worried and what's going on?! guilty much!?
