Really loving the name Edith for my baby girl but my husband doesn't like it. I'm just going to start saying her name anytime we talk about her and hopefully it grows on him.

I hate my generation sometimes ? Today was my nieces baby shower, which went great. She got so much which amazing since she's been working 2 jobs trying to save up for the unpaid leave she'll have to take from work. Anyways I was talking to one of the ladies there since my son and her daughter were playing together. I asked her what her daughters name was, she said it was Layla. I told her that's a really pretty name and asked her if she was a Clapton fan and if she was named after the song. This girl had no idea who Eric Clapton is. ? ♀ One of the most iconic songs, and she had no idea. I hate my generation. ?
So I made the post not to long ago about not having rights to the name blah blah blah well my cousin made a list of baby names for girls and guess what there it is again last one on the list!!! && she knew from being pregnant with my 2nd how bad I wanted that name if I had a girl!! lord if she ends up naming her daughter the name I wanted I’m still going name my daughter that too just different spelling!! I’ll be that person idc 🤣 like come up with your own unique names not take mine

Yes I found out tuesday! I had a blood test done that checks for down syndrome and all kinds of other stuff & it also told us the gender @malinaa215
