Does anyone know how to fight a cold when your pregnant? I'm barely 6 weeks and I've been hit with a cold a sore throat and stuffy nose ... Is this normal ? I don't want to take an meds that could harm my baby

you can use nasal sprays for the stuffyness and drink hot tea with lemon and honey for your throat. you can also use cough drops

Can moms eat ice and drink cold water while baby swims?
I donot know how some moms can eat ice or drink cold/ hot water while they know their baby swims in the water then will be cold or hot . 🤔😇😇

Anyone have some cold remedies they could share?
babybump_user Yep on the bottom of your feet and put socks on so it doesn't come off in
