I kept trying to massage the area right above my butt, put heat on it, put ice on it, took quite a bit of tylonel, took a hot shower...nothing helped it. Ugh! :(
Yes! The same exact feeling for me too! And it went down into the outside of my thigh too. It happened on Sunday and I'm finally feeling some relief from it today...I honestly thought I was going to have to go to the doctor because it hurt so bad. I'm sorry you're going through that because it was just terrible. Makes me cringe thinking about it!

I showered, I went for a walk, and attemted to pop it or something to make it feel better. Didn't help.. I totally understand😣 @babymadelyngrace
