I need help figuring out what's wrong with me. I've been having this tight pain on my lower stomach on the left of my belly button and it hurts so bad and it feels like imma puke from it but I'm not and I can barley stand when it gets super tight

Are you pregnant because that's sound like what happened to me i got really Bad pain on my lower left side it was so bad I had to go to emergency and they took a blood test they came back and told me congratulations you're pregnant.
I haven't gone to one in a little while I just switched to a new doc
But a heating pad helps a lot for me, not 100% but it helps a bit
Do you have doc appointments regularly? Because I have endometriosis and that's what it feels like to me when it starts acting up. I am barley able to move and just using any tummy muscles makes it 10x worse.
I have no idea honestly. I'm on the ending of my period so I'm getting a test soon
