I haven't but I take full advantage of "expected mother" or "mother with child" parking. Like if somebody wants to fight with me about the fact I don't have my child yet, I say bring it on. LOL
Hell no. handicap is for HANDICAP. if there is an expecting mothers, or a special spot for mothers park there... never park in handicap, 1 it's illegal even if your 9 months pregnant and about to pop, 2 it's rude.
Ugh my apartment complex is so pact when it comes to parking that everyone parks in the handicap parking. I'm not brave enough to lol. But it's insane how many people do that in this parking lot!
