So I went to my 2pm doctor appt and my blood pressure was elevated for the 1st time throughout my entire pregnancy, so my doctor decided to send me to the hospital so they can monitor me. I just got the news that I will probably going hone with a baby this weekend or Monday. This just got real, I literally just cried because it shocked me. He says he's ready.
