Unfortunately I don't have a doctor, since I no longer have insurance because I'm not pregnant. I can't afford it otherwise. So I was wondering if there was a way to battle it without taking meds.

I was diagnosed before i got pregnant and have gone up until now in my pregnancy without taking them, but i actually have an appointment tomorrow to discuss going back on them. I've heard that post partum depression is more common if you already have depression and being pregnant heightens all emotions so talk to your doctor about it and see what they say

It took me forever to realize I had something wrong. But I got on anti depressants
