so Monday I put an application in for a house and I was just wondering would it be rude to call the landlord to find out about it? Im just on a time limit and wanna be in a new house before the baby comes.

Yeah, that's understandable. When my husband and I first applied to the home we're in now, I called the same week we applied, too. I think it's fine as long as you don't sound pushy. You know?
