horrible head ache all day how can I get this to go away?

I've a horrible headache all day as well!

I've had really bad migraines all my life, a hot rag or get s sock and put rice on it and heat it up in the microwave and either lay it on your forehead or behind your neck! Works for me every time. With Tylenol of course
