any of you ladies ever had a level 2 ultrasouns done and/or seen a perinatologist??.

Can someone help: I feel bad... I just noticed I've been packing her scoops of formula when it says an unpacked level scoop.. I'm probably the one causing her tummy pains.. 😢 When you guys do a unpacked level scoop, do you shake it a little then level it off or do you just scoop then level?
