Only 45 minutes! I feel so out of shape and my lower back wasn't going to handle much longer than 45 minutes or I may not have been able to walk out of there. Hahaha!

I just went walking too! I told our local rec center here I was trying to walk myself into labor and I really think I made them nervous lol
