Well ladies it was contractions. She came this morning after about 12/13 hours of intense hip pain (turns out she was back to back). Thanks for the advice i really appreciate it. X
Well I'm either having a bad dream, finally gone insane or I'm having contractions. Currently timing them & considering ringing the hospital. Trying to give the OH as much sleep as possible so he has the energy when I don't.
They feel like a pain of a tightening and then the release of pain a little break and then it repeats.. So you may notice your stomach going hard and then softer once the contraction is ending.. Okay some people dilate without noticing but I think the majority of women will say it hurts lol.. I laboured back to back and it was very painful.. Thankfully I didn't give birth back to back lol.. But as above realistically you would know when labour has started as the contractions should be enough to take your breath away, hard to concentrate on anything like a conversation.. Xx
But seriously mine were like a smile line between my hip bones and it literally felt like something opening my cervix...like electric shocks. But some people get them in their back or all over their stomach x
