I took my daughter to Walmart and they did it at 5 months so maybe it's just certain people that will turn it down?

Yeah, my aunt has issues at Claire's and Walmart. I think their reasoning is absurd.

@courtney.emond, Then I'll tell them if my daughter doesn't want her ears pierced after a few years she can take them out herself. & if nobody wants to do it for me, they have piercing kits at Walmart/shopko. I'd rather have it done professionally but...

Be careful, some associates at stores will refuse because apparently they think it's "abuse" to pierce a baby's ears because you don't know if they actually want their ears pierced or not.
