I would like to start storing extra breastmilk. I don't know how to go about it without leaving my baby hungry. For example, my baby feeds every four hours. So if i pump after 2, won't he be hungry after his feeding because there won't be as much milk as he's use to?

another way to increase is to pump 5 minutes past empty, it will help tell your body to make more. my son never latched but I pump to feed him. if you need support there are pumping groups on facebook with lots of tips and tricks to help out. some things to help increase your supply is ovaltine, Gatorade and oatmeal

feed him before you pump. when he's done eating then pump the rest of the milk out of each side.

no even if you pump right before u feed your baby your baby will still get milk your body produces what the baby eats so if your body thinks your baby is eating more you produce way more if that makes any since: )

Pump after he eats. It will signal to your body to make more milk. So pump about 15 minutes right after each feeding. Keep up with water intake and eat other galactagogues like oatmeal :)
