Hey ladies! yesterday I had my appointment and my midwife told me that I can start using natural ways to induce labor on my own. what method worked best for you?! I am now 2 cm dialated and my cervix has gotten a little softer also 😊

I have a workout ball I'll start with that then take my son for a brisk walk!

Try bouncing on a work out ball, squats, walking, sex, and dancing. Good luck girl :)
