almost 3 weeks and eats a whole can of formula in two weeks? growth spirt or over eating?

I honestly don't think 1 can in 2 weeks is that much. but yes agree with everyone else water and diluting is a big no no.

and it's not recommended at all to give babies under 6 months water. It can cause water toxicity.

You aren't supposed to dilute their fomula at all. A couple lost their baby girl by doing that.

It cause swelling in her brain and killed her.

My son just turned 1 and drinks 3-4 8oz bottles in a 24hr period. I go through a can ever day and a half.

Just call your baby's doc and ask the doctor, that's your safest bet. Your baby is doing alot of growing right now, I wouldn't think it's over eating, but you need to call your doc about this one.

when I made a 4oz bottles which calls for 2 scoops I would use 5-6oz of water but only due two scoops but that's when they were older tiny baby's can't handle if the formula to diluted. I would try call her Dr or wic if you use wic
