Its nothing serious though so don't panic cause I did the same until an elder told me what to do so relax and just try the method I told you about, it'll clear up
Like @adevlin2 said when you bathe her use a baby brush or comb and gently scrub it off its nothing serious or harmful. My daughter had it also and everyday I ran warm water through her hair a little (Aveeno Oatmeal based) soap and her infant comb and gently comb her hair and I never greased it, I just put on the Aveeno Lotion and give it about a week it should start clearing up.
I wash her face everyday with eucerin cause she has eczema and I moisturize it also it doesn't seem to help @bennysgirl
shampoo her hair and her forehead a bit with warm water while gently "scrubbing" that off with a baby brush . .use baby oil or lotion after
It looks like it may be cradle cap, some warm water and a baby comb will help
@sharabien, lotion makes it worse. both of my daughters had cradle cap. use baby oil and a comb to lift it and keep it moist with the baby oil. you might have to switch to scent free baby wash also. I hope your baby gets relief bc my babies scratched alot
