going up to the hospital after my doctors appointment. I demand the hospital to tell me who was seen under my name, my DOB, and my ss. they need to tell me who the doctor was, and who the obgyn was that referred the person. I'm getting a lawyer, because this shit is not gonna happen. sister in law used my info in the past. I had to clear my name. now someones using my info again. I guess if its possible to use with the police, then its possible to use with a hospital. so somebody's going to jail, and sounds like a hospital, plus the obgyn are getting sued. you don't let somebody use somebodys info. and if you got the paper work screwed up, they f-up as well. someones running around knowing my personal info. that's illegally, and their gonna get it. I'm pregnant on top of this stress, also carrying twins. I'm not gonna pay someone else's debt, and people and companies are not gonna get by with this.

I will. I have one past police report in 2010 of my sister in law using my info. I had to drive down and get my finger prints taking. I couldn't get a lawyer at that time because i have to pay so much out of pocket. my record is 100% clean. but when I go to rent, I get told I have felony's so I go over the story with them again and tell them to send the form in. it's got the offices name number. the girl who used my info. proof its not me. police stamp on it. it's like I have to carry it around forever till I can get a lawyer for that, and hope the judge can clean it out of the system. now my work attorney showed me my record was clean. that when I go to rent, their using old systems.
she's the only one who used my info in the past so easily, obviously it could happen again. if she did it, she apparently didn't learn her lesson in prison. definitely going up to the hospital today, to get my info with my husband. I have several witnesses. so after that I guess running to the police station to ask them what I should do. hopefully they'll give me a report.

My younger sister used my info once 😒 she got a freaking ticket for drug paraphernalia. DRUG PARAPHERNALIA! She didn't even tell me. I found out when a bunch of lawyer papers kept coming in under my name and then she admitted it after trying to blame it on our mom. Like really, the cops are going to believe a 38 year old is 17? She didn't even say sorry. She acted like it was no big deal even though I worked hard at being good and staying out of trouble and she f***ed it up without even thinking about me. Ugly brat 🙄😤

nobody deserves to get their names used. don't know why people feel like that's the way to go. they'll end up getting in way more trouble then just using their own names. yea my sister has several felony's. and I wasn't living at my moms house during the time the papers came in. at 18 I had to go down and prove it wasn't me. I wish I could have afforded a lawyer then. but its happening once again. I'm older I'm wiser. I will do whatever it takes to figure this crap out and have her and whoever put behind bars. she thought this shit would never come back up and bite her in the ass.

@shannaa24, well I went to get it disputed but they wanted me to press charges on her and I didn't want to :( I know, i should have but I care more about her than she does me. The one good thing about it is they misspelled my name so it doesn't come up unless they realllllly search for it. I will however go this year to get it removed because I don't want that on my record. It does suck because they didn't even consider how it'll effect us. They just wanted to have fun without consequences.

I can understand you not pressing charges against your blood sister. this girl is my brothers ex. their both f ups. she did drugs throughout her pregnancies. she's been in and out of jail. running around. steeling, writing hotchecks. using fake names. this girl definitely needs to clean up her mess. she's been burning bridges back to back. and thinks its all clear.
