I'm 33 weeks but everyone in my family thinks my little girl is gonna come early. Preemies run in the family.
I've been having contractions nonstop 10 mins apart for the past few days. Also back pain. They are starting to get pretty painful too.

Tylenol and benadryl will stop it thats what the hospital told me to take if i feel like they're contractions

be sure you're not dehydrated too. that can cause early contractions and make you go into labor. So be sure you're drinking plenty of fluids
