you can mention it but im sure theyll say the same thing. if it gets worse then def say something. but i had the same problem. lost 10 lbs. but after like 15 weeksish it gets alot better
I didn't eat at all til 18 weeks really. but if you ever have concerns, always ask OB. they give more peace of mind. and that's what they're there for :)

the dizziness doesn't get any better lol. it gets worse. but the other stuff gets better.
