Anyone else have problems with constant spitting, I'm 22 weeks and I can't get any relief. It's all day, even when I'm trying to sleep 😩

My friend just asked me about this a few days ago!! I've never had it happen but she said its interrupting her trying to sleep. Hopefully someone on here will have good advice for you!! (And then I can pass on the info :)
