And get help if it gets too bad. I was the same way and my son is 8 weeks old now and it's gotten a lot worse. It took me a while to accept that I needed help, but I plan on speaking to my doctor soon
Try meditation, or just be out in nature more in general. I know different things help different people, but it never hurts. Ive suffered from depression for as long as I remember with no medication so I know how that is. Hang in there honey
I suffer from depression as it is I was taken medicine before I got pregnant but I refuse to take anything like that while I'm pregnant. I'm just trying to find ways to ease my mind without until after my baby girl comes.
