I don't think I'll ever get use to not sleeping on my back, doc said I have up until 20 weeks and then it's left and right side sleeping only 😢 anybody else sad about it :(
lol I have a body pillow under me when I'm laying on my sides, the snoring husband I understand my bf snores do loud I think half the city hears him lol I'm usually sleep before him @sarahology
@babymontgomery, thanks laying on my sides make my hips numb! Thanks for the advice I'll def have to try it! Now how do you deal with a husband that snores haha !!
@sarahology, I find myself on my back alot but it starts to feel like an elephant is on my chest & I'm quickly trying to change position its horrible but you will find what works for u try putting a pillow under your head so your not flat on your back but kinda on an slant
My doctor said if I wake up on my back, it's okay and just roll over but not to intentionally lay on my back. I can't stop myself from rolling on my back, I've tried everything.
No u kinda get use to not sleeping on your back I mean yea u might wake up on your back sometimes but its OK and once you hit a certain point u won't be able to because u won't be able to breath so you'll wanna lay on your side
