so im almost 10 weeks with my 4th pregnancy. my oldest is 6 and i suffered 2 miscarriages last year. ive never been so excited about morning sickness in my life since its a good sign. we still havent told very many people. Im staying positive but in the back of my mind iy almost feels too good to be true. has any one else felt this?
