I just went to the Dr today and she told me up to 3000 in 24 hrs is safe but nothing more then that and if you can Deal without taking that much then don't take that much

up to 1000 mg a day

iv had headaches and taken 2 also. but yes Tylenol is safe too take.

ok mine said it also i just didnt ask how many pills going to look at this sheet she gave me with medication thats safe to use while pregnant

my Dr told me that Tylenol is perfectly safe just take it as directed on the back of the bottke

i took one just to ease the pain am going to put an ice pack see if it works
