i belive i been having those since yesterday i been having uncomfortable and with pain in my lower back and my tummy feels tight at times @dereksbabygirl

@dereksbabygirl, It's probably trapped gas ? The same happens to me it's either trapped gas or throwing up helps . BH happens when your whole stomach tightens up like a cramp and only lasts for like a minute

thanks guys. because I woke up at 1 this morning with pain in my upper stomach and back and it lasted until late about 2:30 today @emily18234 @preggimama
