Mommies! Are hot showers bad? I know hot baths are but wasn't sure if that included showers too?

depending on hot you make them. I get super dizzy if the showers too hot, but your bellys not submerged like a bath so I don't think it could but I'm not a Dr.

hot showers fine. it's hot baths that you shouldn't take because soaking in the hot water can cause the temperature in your uterus to rise and it's bad for baby

My doctor told me baths are ok but if it's really warm then limit yourself to 10 min soak.
