So with my first two I had a epidural. with this baby I am going to go all natural. My friend is a doula And has offered to be ours for free. I am so excited. any moms on here ever use a doula or gone all natural? and what seemed to help you ease through the pain?

I went natural . I did not have a doula or take any classes . I did go to yoga .That's what helped me . Learning how to focus on my breathe in uncomfortable situations.
