trying to eat more vegetables... I'm not losing weight even though I'm "eating healthier". I just eat less when I eat what I want to... and I weigh less... hmm.
So many little things could be tweaked. Avoid starchy veggies at night. Drink more water. Check your sodium intake. Check your sugar intake. Are your macros balanced? Some things to consider.
I can't get below 130 pounds and it's driving me crazy. I got down to 110 between my two pregnancies
