ive read on google ginger helps nausea..how do you use it though?

@whosae, i just took the vitamin B6 and ginger root tablet Im praying it works I also lost my apetite so its hard for me to eat

I Definitely Drink Ginger Tea or I Drink Another Kind and Add it Like Little Balls and They Dissolve in My Tea.

they have ginger tablets you can take.. I have a friend who was violently ill during pregnancy and swore by them.. they are for motion sickness as well..

there's a ginger chew candy at the Asian stores if you have one in town and you just got to ask for the ginger candy and it works for my sister in law

My mom bough vitamin B6 and ginger root pills. They've seemed to help alot, I've been trying to stop taking them. I always keep something in my stomach at all times. Usually helps :) Goodluck momma!

I used peppermint candies but now they just taste nasty @danadart

They sell ginger root pills at cvs, those work too.

I've got this lemon ginger tea from wallmart. I also have ginger and lemon hard candy.

I just use peppermint gum and lots of water.
