my period isn't normal sometimes it comes on the right day sometimes later at one night I got on the same date 3 months in a row o would I go about finding the right ovulation day
just feel super depressed. literally in tears right now. nothing I do or say seems to be going right. sometimes I wished I would've killed myself years ago when I had the chance. I'm sorry if this depresses you :(

Day 3 of using the menstrual cup so far I like it but I find myself having to adjust it often. Sometimes I have to other times I don’t. Does anyone else have this problem? Like it feels like it’s going to fall out and the tip is sticking out a bit. Am I not putting it in right?

I don't think she gets it. I swear sometimes I just need to renew my policy to not look at the comments in Facebook. I never used to. I don't know why I started. But the ignorance is real.

they have an ovulation tracker that goes by just tour last menstrual

I tried that and it cause how many days between each cycle but I'm not sure what to put because it changes every month @jvsmith08
