A few prunes a day, individually packaged are slightly better tasting (though barely)...eat one first thing a.m. and also flax seed works for me...on peanut butter toast, Uncle Sam cereal, in salads....it really helps me! Constipation has been one of the only negatives about my pregnancy! Good luck!
