Is it OK to pump to stimulate nipples before baby arrives?

if anything it could send you in yo labor and make your milk come in quicker

if you have lanolin nipple cream it helps to so you dont get raw and sore

Nipple stimulation can cause contractions, be careful! But rubbing coconut oil on them helps as well with the dryness and cracks

I did that with my first and I went into labor while I was pumping 😫
