Yes it happened to me yesterday. As soon as that happens sit down or lay down

don't do that!!! caffeine lowers your blood pressure ..that's why u felt like that. that's very dangerous as you can lose your breath and oxygen is very critical

@sindyrivera, I didn't drink caffeine I said it felt like I did drink it. my adrenaline was at an all time high.

I know but I'm just letting you know , you feeling like that at this point is normal though because your baby is having a growth spurt and he's taking as much blood and oxygen from mommy to grow...just rest and drink water , hydration is the key

@sindyrivera, it's hard to drink water like it induces me to throw up every time unless I drink milk or juices those liquids stay down. should I tell my OB?
