I always tried to get up and make him breakfast in the morning. Then I would schedule out my days. Like Monday was laundry day Tuesday was dishes... Ect.. I would also look for things that need fixed or repaired and do that as well as making sure we had a good budget.

I don't lol. we sleep in til about 10. we don't do the eating as a family thing. with a toddler and one on the way its hard to have any schedule.

It is a lot to manage but you can do it. Just make a schedule for yourself that will allow you to get everything done and still get the rest that you and baby need. Don't squeeze too much into one day. Spread it out over the week. As far as cooking lunches and dinners try cooking more than one meal at a time so that y'all can just eat left overs and you don't have to be on your feet every night cooking. No matter what always have time set aside for you and hubby to just enjoy each other. No matter is its a simple date night in the house. And even though he leaves the house to work, some household responsibilities should always fall on his to do list because it is a lot for one person to handle especially when your pregnant. I'm 34, married mom of 4 about to be 5. It took a while but I think I do ok with my juggling trick these days. Your health is most important so try not to stress over too much.

we aren't from the fifties so we do everything for ourselves and equally. a hot pocket takes a minute to heat up lol I'm sure your husband could do that before he leaves for work. you need your rest for baby.

its gone come natural boo start by waking up before the entire house cook and clean make sure his dinner is ready soon as he hit the door and at night keep a cute Lil nitey on in his fav color youll do just fine @livvieebooh

I guess we just never saw the point in stressing gender roles and tight scheduling. we dont schedule anything save for appointments. it seems far too monotonous. we are free spirits. we just take our sweet time. and we always manage to get things done.

Omgee you ladies are awesome lol thank you so much and all this is seriously taking a toll on me cause I have no idea where to begin .. Lol its a scary feeling ! But he has things todo when he gets home but the big stuff that will keep me busy while he's at work is what I want todo that way we won't have to worry about it later kinda thing and so we'll have more free time together .. It just seems so complex!

I love being SAHW/SAHM! My husband rotates so, we get more time together since I don't work anymore! And once he heads to work, I do some cleaning, organizing, laundry.. Watch some tv. It gets lonely some times.. Especially when my step son isn't here. But I sure do love it. I'm a hermit anyway. Since i stopped working, I stay home all the time, and only go out if I need too. Try to stay on top of things like laundry and dishes, the rest you can skip a day or too.

lol well my step babies come and go but they tend to be little tornadoes lol I love them with all my heart but I just feel like its so hard to keep up with the tasks and moving in the right direction @mrsjessicamattern

Get a nice planner! Pretty things always motivate me! Who cares if you walk around the house in his t shirt and sweats! You don't have to impress no body! Some days I get so busy with the house I forget to shower! It happens lol just wait till baby gets here! Everyone tells me rest up and get as much sleep as you can! Third trimester insomnia sucks! You can do little extras by getting out his clothes for work, making sure he has a fresh towel in the bathroom, put together a lunch for work. It will come naturally. Don't you worry about that. I was overwhelmed at first too.. And your step kids, you can try a "schedule" good luck! Mine is 8 and we are still trying to find a good schedule that works for all of us. Don't get frustrated, it will all fall into place eventually. 😊

Schedule for my step son as in, when is bath time, dinner, home work all that kind of stuff.

mine are 2 (girl) & 3 yr old (boy) lol but they're on a schedule it's just their play time that drives me up a wall I can't turn my back for a second haha.. But thank you so much @mrsjessicamattern
