I eat California rolls and occasionally I'll have salmon. It's debatable. Personally I think salmon is okay as long as it's fresh and you get it from a place you're familiar with so you know you've never gotten sick. There are pros and cons of eating it but I think the pros outweigh the cons. Salmon is so good for you and baby
