i have heard yes. you just have to ask if the place is able to do it on a pregnant mommy :) and that they know what they are doing.
supposedly acupuncture works wonders too....BUT idk lol have not tried it myself. @hermommy
I will definitely try that, I have Adhd and ADD also so that doesn't help the situation lol and neither are these hormones@skyfullofstars344
i was diagnosed manic-bipolar when I was 17...i was rediagnosed with severe ADHA about 2 years ago lol if you drink a cup of peppermint tea at night an hour or so before bed every night it helps. I've heard good things about lavender tea too :)
I'll try the tea, I had depression and anxiety before I got pregnant and they said I had bipolar disorder I didn't believe them until now
drink peppermint tea. it's safe for baby helps calm anxiety and helps insomnia and depression :) you also could talk to your dr and see if you could take vitamin D if you have a deficiency(also safe for baby) i suffer from depression and anxiety also the tea really does help!!
There are risks with it bc most of them are class C and aren't recommended with pregnancy
yes you can..you just have to find one that is safe..I take Zoloft and have since 32 weeks and its safe for breastfeeding too..it has worked wonders for me so far :) I am bipolar and have bad anxiety and was finding it hard to deal with it, I wasn't taking care of myself because of it so it was better for me to start meds. talk to your OB about how you feel.
thank you:)@mommyhughes4
