i really wish all these miserable symptoms in the first trimester would go away. the morning sickness, mood swings, crying, tummy problems, no energy. it sucks :/ finally starting my 3rd month and i hope it goes by super fast. anyone else having these problems?

i havent tried the sunflower seeds ill have to do that.

same here, sunflower seeds helping guess because their salty...not even cracking them open just sucking the salt off...lol

lol well thats good to know. ive been told before once you hit your 2nd trimester you get some energy back.

Yes I am just not the mood swings yet, but I feel drained and sick and in pain a lot in my lower stomach

I had all of that, i had TERRIBLE morning sickness! It finally eventually eased up and had less around 16weeks! I had it from about 6-7 weeks to 18weeks:(

lol they never go away! and you're always going to be tired, once you start getting bigger, you sleep less.
