I think so. I have a best friend whom is male. We both work together and have a lot in common. Sometimes girls are too much drama. You just need a guy to throw out the drama. 😊
yes they can my best friend of 15 years is a guy!!! even tho im married my husband and him get along. told him from the beginning he was my best friend and i wouldnt change it for the world..but thats about the only guy he puts up with for me. lol

I've had guys I was ONLY good friends with. it's definitely possible. my boyfriend was my best friend first before we got together. and he still is.
