I'm in vacation with my 3 month old and he has a small patch on his arm where his sleeve came up…

I'm in vacation with my 3 month old and he has a small patch on his arm where his sleeve came up that is a little pink from the sun (I'm avoiding using the phrase sun burn because that sounds harsh even though I guess that's what it is) what do you warm weather mommies do if your little one gets a little pink? It's not bothering him not even when I touch it... I put regular baby lotion on it before bed last night.. Should I be doing anything else?
