I went and picked up my vitamins this morning and I'm going to go ahead and take one. I usually take them at night just in case I get the nauseous feeling but I'll be ok. Happy Wednesday ladies ❤️

These are what I take and yes they are big but I love them!!! they don't make me feel sick at all!
