I had been trying to get pregnant for what seemed the longest time ever, finally now 7wks pregnant, haven't seen a doctor yet (tomorrow is my 1st appt) and I'm getting mild cramps. is this normal? I've also had a few days where I'm constipated and then others I have diarrhea. this has been going off and on for a couple of weeks now. is this normal? I'm so scared I will misscarry

I had a miscarriage with my first pregnancy and also had cramping around 7 weeks. they said cramping is normal as long as there is no blood.=)
