If it was me I'd go in when contractions are painful and every 5 minutes then :-)

Because if you go in too early you'll be stuck laboring for God knows how long at the hospital or your can wait and labor it out at home where your comfortable.

Yeah. I hate the ER. Lol. So I would go in when contractions are painfully hitting every 6 minutes or so and consistent. Depending how far away your hospital is

if you continue to bleed, go in!

then if you feel if you don't need to go then don't, I was just saying so you won't be worried! but good luck dou hope everything goes good!
