Okay, I've experienced sharp pains in my pelvic area, and had a chunk of white-ish discharge in my panties. Does this mean my daughter is just getting lower or should I call my doctor?

She's most likely moving down lower, the discharge is ok as long as it isn't showing tinted of blood. you'll lose chunks of your mucus plug but it will replace itself.

Could be the mucus plug..if you do notice any kind of discoloration like @ilyric said, then load up the bags and head to L&D.
