@1sttimemommie16, I think that's true for most men. My hubby hasn't been that interested until here just recently since it's almost time for baby boy to be here. I think where they don't get to really experience it like we do they don't get too excited, but that doesn't mean they love the baby any less. My hubby has said the whole time that he can't wait until he gets here!! I think they just get upset that they don't get to feel everything like we do, they feel left out so they're uninterested. But that's a man for ya! Hahahaha

smh.... it kinda hurts my feelings because I only tell him what's going on so that he can feel like he isn't left out.... I only try to include him.... but I won't anymore....

wow I feel the same way about my child's father. like when I first felt my son move it was such a great, emotional experience for me and he was just like umm okay. it hurt my feelings so bad.

Mine is interested but he hides it some time until I'm asleep and he plays and talk to the baby. He told me that and it just confuse me but I'm happy either way.

@1sttimemommie16, don't worry I'm sure he excited but at the same time maybe he scare about being a father and that it's actually happening. Some father don't see its reality until you get big or go into labor. Does he goes to your appointment with you?

he went for the first time to the last appt I had.... but he wasn't really excited....

He could be just scare or doubt he won't be a good father. Tell him how you feel and communicate with him. Try to limit talking about the pregnancy and about something else. Give it time 😊 it'll be ok @1sttimemommie16

I always tell my boyfriend that our son is kicking and moving around, I always figure he'd want to feel. But all he does is chuckle and say cool. It hurts my feelings as well. But at night he always talks to Zayn and rubs my belly, and when he leaves for work in the morning he always kisses my belly and tells him that daddy will be home later. So that makes it a little better.
