Ive been so light headed the last 2 days & also get very small hot flashes . Im 5 weeks is this normal?

Yep this was me a few weeks ago. your blood volume is increasing which can cause the light headedness. Drink lots of fluid!

no problem, as soon as I hit 13 weeks all my bad symptoms went away, hopefully yours too ☺

both happened to me a lot in my first trimester, I'm assuming it has to do with increased blood flow
