@aleyy, Sorry I'm late posting on this! But I am in the same boat.. I was prescribed Keflex first and that didnt work. Now I'm on Macrobid twice a day for 7 days and then one a day until I deliver. My doctor said if it hasn't gone away by the time I get to the hospital to deliver, they will give me IV antibiotics while I'm there! I have always gotten frequent UTIs but even worse since I've been pregnant! Hopefully yours will go away and you won't have to take all the meds like me lol

I would give them a call. it's a bad idea to wait, at least you know when you have them! for whatever reason, when I have a uti I don't get any symptoms. I was on uti meds my entire pregnancy.
