Need some advice. So I have been on bed rest for 2 weeks and have a minimum of another week before I can be evaluated to see if I can return to work. I have been able to get out of the house generally once a day but if more than walking around the store than I have to take one one of my pain meds and back on bed rest. I want to go back to work due to being bored but I work at a really busy vet practice and don't see how I would be able to get through a 10 hour day. I'm worried to go back and not be able to do it and then re have to submit to go back on disability and have a delay of pay again. It's frustrating. ///:

Ugh that's frustrating. @lovelymommylumps. Yea I hear ya its hard to decide if I push my self and work and make some more or stay on disability make less but less stress and safer for the baby. Also it helps at least for me since I normally spend 40 bucks a week on gas since with traffic I spend an hour to get to work 4 days a week. so that saves at least 100 a month.

I've been trying to find a legitimate work from home job but everything seems like a scam or customer support aka customer complaints lol ... And I work for an airline so bye bye flight benefits... I'm so torn

Yea the change in pay on disability is pretty crappy but if I end up going back and then not even being able to work full time it would end up just as decreased with a lot less amount of stress since every time I get stressed I get contractions and horrible pain. I hate horrible smells. I work around chemicals at work and nasty vomit and poop from animals so lots of gross stuff not to mention getting knocked down by dogs! @lovelymommylumps

I'm kinda in the same predicament. They just remodeled the building the I work in and the smell is horrific. As soon as I walk in I'm running straight to the bathroom and it's an all day thing. I've been on leave for 3 weeks but my paychecks from now on will be short. I can't think of any solutions.

That's true. @ladynavarro baby is definitely number one priority! I did think it was interesting, my disability is marked with my expected return to work date of July (due in may) so I guess that would mean it's already been clesred to stay on bed rest then til then as long as still needed

I am in the same boat being bored at home but you and ur baby are more important than work. Do what your body tells you. If u are not ready then listen to it. Work would always be there.
