Alright mommas, I'm having such bad back pains around my rib cage, dull aching all day. Laying down helps some, but I work retail and am on my feet 8+ hours a day. Any ideas on how to relieve it? Or at least ease it some?
Take a warm bath and put a heating pad (on low) on your rib area. I had it the other day, that's the only thing that helped
